The Company is registered at the department of registrar of companies of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka Under the Companies act no. 7 of 2007 , within the category of Limited Liability with having it's Registration Number : PV83142 on the date of 15th December, 2011. The Company was performed in a well-structured manner after identifying it's demands , research & studies the market with allocating its ground work & operational requirements , Before commence the activities under the Power Mart (Pte) Ltd. The main activities of the company were done by the members of the group since the company undertake its operations. Therefore as a result the company had a great opportunity to commence its operations from the date of legal formation and it's ground works.

The target of the performing Power Mart (Pte) Lt. is to Serve the Global requirements of constructions of all power generation systems. Currently it supply the Generators , Solar Systems , Wind turbines and Mini Hydro Systems to the Nations as It's core activities. In the near future we will expand our service to the Asia Reagan.
